A: I qualified as a Registered General Nurse way back in 1983 and have spent over 30 years as a health care professional. Q: Why are your fees so low?
A: A lack of overheads. Because I don’t run a clinic I can pass the savings on to clients.
Q: Do you have a waiting list? If so, how long do I have to wait to see you?

A: I usually avoid having waiting lists by arranging appointments well in advance to suit my clients. I can usually see you within a day or two.
Q: I don’t like having visitors into my home. Can I come to you?
A: Yes, you can come to me by arrangement but my fees remain the same. There is public parking close by.
Q: In this day and age aren’t you worried about your security?
A: Someone else is always aware of my schedule and my whereabouts because I am constantly tracked using GPS.

A: Depends on the condition I’m treating. If a lot of work is required on both feet it could be up to an hour and a half. On the other hand a simple nail trimming is around 20 to 30 minutes.
Q: Can I organise a group booking?
A: Yes. If the appointment is for more than one person I’ll apply an appropriate discount. You can also buy personalised gift vouchers for friends and relatives. Just let me have the details and you’ll get the voucher posted to you within a day or so.
Q: Do you provide foot care products that I can use at home?
A: Yes, as well as providing over-the-counter creams and remedies I make my own range of foot care products using only natural ingredients.
Q: Can I have regular check-ups and visits?

A: Absolutely. Maintenance is so important, and I can offer discounted care plans for regular clients.
Q: Why do you charge a flat-rate fee?
A: Because I don’t think that people who need more care and treatment should be penalised. They may even be tempted to put off essential treatment for another month if my fees were higher. In short, it’s a fairer way of billing because people know up-front what they will be paying.
